I started experimenting with art by the age of three, but lets be honest... who didn't?  By the age of six, I was fortunate enough to have a grandmother who was a high school art teacher and would let me sit in on her classes.  By the time I started high school, I was student teaching middle school students, and by the time I was finishing high school, I had appealed to the school board [ with the help of two of my art teachers] to create my own art class specifically for me, and of which I was the only student.  Post high school, I taught wine and canvas classes, worked on restaurant designs, redesigned large scale childrens' play places, lived and worked in an art gallery, and a whole slew of other artistic endeavors... but a fact learned will always pale in comparison to a feeling felt.  It is this truth that drives me to illicit awe and wonder through my work, be it horrible or full of beauty.  Will you help me?

 

Do you have a vision you can't quite put into words?  Perhaps, even only a part of a vision that lingers like that word caught at the end of your tongue, desperately yearning for that spark that releases the whole idea into reality?  I am that spark.

I have an ability to understand your ideas, even if you don't know how to put them into words at first.  I can draw, design, sculpt, carve, paint, and build, but my greatest strength is my imagination!  Have an idea?  Just ask.  I can't help you realize your greatest artistic endeavors until you do.
